The Finance Manager role provides the exciting opportunity to lead the finance function while overseeing key business systems. You will take ownership of financial processes and reporting, helping guide decisions and support the overall success of the business.

As the Finance Manager you will have the below responsibilities:
Management of two members of staff
Maintaining balance sheet reconciliation and revenue recognition
Preparing VAT, PAYE and NI return and supporting year-end accounts
Support and guide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and performance reporting
Monitoring daily cash balances, working capital and bank reconciliations
Processing payroll for office staff and managing credit insurance cover
Supervise and develop members in the finance team
Provide and lead financial meetings with director team
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role will hold:
Proven experience in finance management
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of financial controls
ATT qualification (or similar)
Confident with ERP/ accounting systems
Previous employee management exposure is advantageous
Highly organised, methodical and accurate
Strong communicator – able to work with colleges across the business
Proactive problem-solver, adaptable, and eager to learn
