Job Description

Talentmark are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a Biotechnology company, at their site based in Edinburgh, on a full time, permanent basis.

 Finance Manager Role:
  
 Your main duties will be:

All transactions within Quickbooks accounts package.
Including supplier invoices.
Managing daily purchase orders and suppliers’ payments.
Ability to accurately undertake monthly bank and direct debit reconciliations, including foreign currency transactions.
Preparing month end accruals and prepayments.
Processing employee expenses.
Posting month end journals.
Assisting with any additional tasks towards the efficient running of the business.Your Background:
  
 The ideal candidate for this role will have the following skills and experience:

3 years experience in a hands-on financial role, ideally using Quickbooks or similar accounting package.
AAT qualified.
Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications.
Be an excellent team player and work in synergy across our whole business, at all levels of seniority.
An organised mindset and the ability to cope with multiple tasks simultaneously, and at times under pressure.                          Apply:
