Job Description

CJC Recruit are supporting a principal contractor on a fast-track hotel fit-out and we’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong joinery background.

This role needs someone who can:
- Run the site 100% independently
- Drive a fast-paced programme
- Lead direct trades & subcontractors
- Manage welfare, services, access & flow
- Be client-facing, confident & solutions-focused
- Deliver premium-quality finishes under pressure
