Job Description

Counterbalance FLT Drivers (RTITB or ITSAR) – Parcel Sorting
Location: Wrexham
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 2pm – Midnight (Work 8 hours, get paid for 10!)

We are currently recruiting Counterbalance FLT Drivers for a busy parcel sorting hub in Wrexham. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for stable shifts, great pay, and long-term work.

What You’ll Get:

£12.21 per hour
Paid for 10 hours while working only 8
Consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
2pm – 12am afternoon/night shifts
Ongoing, long-term opportunities

Your Role:

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely
Loading/unloading trailers
Moving pallets and parcels around the warehouse
Supporting parcel-sorting operations
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
What We Need From You:

Valid RTITB or ITSAR Counterbalance licence
Previous FLT experience (parcel environment preferred but not essential)
Reliability and good attention to detail
Willingness to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
