Food Production Operative

Cupar

£12.30 per hour

Temp to perm for the right candidate

Must be 18+ (due to equipment safety requirements in food production environment)

Key Responsibilities:

  * Quality control of incoming fresh produce

  * Grading and sizing of produce

  * Preparing produce by hand

  * Working within the Core, Prep, and Ready to Eat production areas

  * Weighing, labelling, and packing

  * Stacking finished produce onto pallets

Ideal Candidate:

  * Good hand-eye coordination

  * Quality-focused with attention to detail

  * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  * Reasonable physical capabilities are required due to the manual nature of the work

  * Able to work in a cool environment

  * Teamwork and a result-driven work ethic
