Job Title: Foreman (Civils)

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman (Civils) to join a long-term infrastructure project involving the re-design of a train station (non-rail works). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on foreman looking for a stable, long-duration role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely and efficiently
Work hands-on when required, supporting site activities
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety standards
Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Monitor progress and maintain quality standardsRequirements:
Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
Proven experience in civil engineering projects
Ability to work hands-on alongside the team
Ideally hold CPCS Blue card (machine tickets preferred)
