Job Description

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our valued client in a busy warehouse environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with both Counterbalance + Reach licences to secure ongoing work with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

  * Safely operate Counterbalance Trucks + Reach to transport goods throughout the warehouse.

  * Load and unload vehicles efficiently while ensuring products are handled safely and securely.

  * Move, stack, and store materials in designated locations.

  * Carry out daily pre-use checks and inspections of all MHE (Material Handling Equipment).

  * Maintain accurate stock movement and inventory control.

  * Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.

  * Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

  * Previous experience operating Counterbalance Trucks + Reach is essential.

  * Valid Counterbalance licences/certificates are required.

  * Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.

  * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):

  * 6:00am – 2:30pm

  * 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Permanent Position after 12 weeks on agency
