RETAIL FIT OUT/ REFRESHES, M&E UPGRADES, REFURBISHMENTS*

We're Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager
Location: Yorkshire and UK Wide
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Retail fit out
Payrate: £280 - £300 a day
Duration: Ongoing projects

What you'll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:

Oversee fitout projects on a leading UK supermarket - Northwest or UK wide
Report directly to the Project Manager
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Support commissioning and final handoversDuties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:

Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
Record onsite progress and lookaheads
Report into Senior Management
Follow H&S guidelinesRequired Qualifications/Experience:

Experience working on commercial fitout projects
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
UK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer:
