Job Description

Position: Freight Forwarding Team Leader Sea & Air Freight
Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £38,000 + bonus + benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:30

We're working with a well-established, ambitious freight forwarding business in Portsmouth that is experiencing exciting growth. They're looking for a Freight Forwarding Team Leader to join their small but expanding team, with opportunities to shape operations and drive the business forward.

The Role:
You will lead a growing team and oversee end-to-end ocean import and export operations, with exposure to air freight. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the chance to make a real impact while supporting your team's development.

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrated experience managing ocean import and export operations. 
Knowledge of air freight is highly desirable. 
Proven leadership experience, or ambition to step into your first leadership role. 
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
