Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for the position of Garage Manager at their well-established, family-run garage in Billingshurst. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to lead day-to-day operations within a reputable independent auto centre specialising in tyres, vehicle servicing, repairs, and MOT testing. The successful Garage Manager will play a key role in managing customer relations, supervising staff, and ensuring operational excellence.
Benefits for the successful Garage Manager will include:
  * Competitive basic salary between £38,000 and £42,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £46,000 including monthly bonuses
  * Working hours of 47.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with one weekday off
  * 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Duties:
  * Oversee the daily operation of the branch and ensure excellent customer service
  * Manage and motivate a team of up to five tyre and vehicle service technicians

  * Handle stock management and supervise staff performance
  * Address customer enquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly
Requirements for the Garage Manager position:
