We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Garage Manager for a prominent automotive business in Manchester. Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure financial and operational targets are met
Support and lead a team of technicians, managing workloads and fostering team development
Monitor and maintain high-quality customer service standards
Manage customer interactions directly when required, providing face-to-face assistance
Address operational challenges promptly, offering technical and problem-solving support
Uphold health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
Drive branch profitability through strategic planning and operational managementRequirements:

Proven experience managing a garage or relevant automotive environment
Strong leadership abilities with a 'leader mentality'
Technical background with a good understanding of automotive systems preferred
Experience managing teams of 5-6 technicians
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet targets
