A well-established large garage group in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Garage Manager to lead their busy fast-fit branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to join a reputable outdoor-focused business and take their career to the next level. The Garage Manager will have a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Oversee daily operations of the Kingston automotive fast-fit centre
Lead and motivate the branch team to meet and exceed sales and service targets

Handle customer enquiries both in person and online, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Conduct staff interviews, inductions, and ongoing engagement activities
Maintain high standards of health and safety and operational efficiency
Provide hands-on support within the workshop when necessary
Monitor and analyse branch profitability and performance metricsRequirements of the Garage Manager:

Proven experience in a fast-fit tyre centre or automotive service environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of tyre services and mechanical work is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
