Job Description

Take on a long-term contract role with weekly pay and consistent SOR work as an Electrician, carrying out testing across social housing properties in DE4 and DE6. This is a great opportunity to secure steady local work, with regular EICRs available and extra earning potential through additional repairs.

 You’ll be working in social housing properties, completing electrical testing to a high standard and helping keep tenants’ homes safe and compliant. If you’re looking for long-term work, clear rates, and consistent domestic testing, this Electrician role could be a strong fit.

 I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, Electrical Inspector, or Testing Electrician within social housing or domestic maintenance.

 As an Electrician, you will be:

Carrying out EICRs across social housing properties
Completing testing works on a schedule of rates basis
Identifying and completing additional electrical repairs where required
Working across DE4, DE6 and nearby areas
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to compliance standards
 I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 testing and inspection qualification
A full UK driving licence
Experience working in social housing
