Whether you're new to construction or already have experience in the industry, this fully funded programme is designed to help you develop your skills, gain recognised qualifications and progress towards employment.

  * Duration: 3 weeks
  * Days: Monday to Friday
  * Time: 9:00am – 3:30pm
  * Location: Walsall Town Centre
  * Training: Face-to-face, in-person training
  * Training is unpaid, leading to an interview for full-time employment
🎓 What You'll Gain
On successful completion of the course, you will earn:
  * Level 2 Construction Retrofit Skills Qualification
  * Level 3 Assessors Qualification
  * CSCS Card

📋 Eligibility
To be eligible for the course, you must:
  * Be aged 19.5 or over
  * Be able to commute to Walsall and attend the full 3-week course
  * Be a permanent UK resident
  * Be living within the West Midlands

The 3-week training course is followed by a guaranteed interview for full-time employment in a construction role.
Once you successfully complete the training, you will have the opportunity to interview for full-time employment.
If you are unsuccessful at interview, you won't be left on your own. Weekly job support will be provided to help you improve your applications, prepare for future interviews and continue your search for employment.
