General Manager required for our established Automotive Client.
 
Our client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, are seeking a General Manager to oversee the running of their Automotive group. 
 
Benefits:

Up to £65,000 basic
OTE up to £85,000

Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.Responsibilities:

Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
Overseeing all sectors of the business, ensuring high standards are delivered.
Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
Developing and implement business strategies aligning with company objectives.
Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.For your hard work as a General Manager with our Client, you can expect a salary of £65,000.
