Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + 10% performance bonus

You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll services for a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong client relationships. This is a hands-on position that combines leadership with technical expertise and process improvement. You’ll work with modern payroll systems and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop the payroll team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
* Oversee and process monthly payrolls for multiple clients.
* Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and excellent client service.
* Liaise confidently with clients, offering guidance and solutions to payroll-related queries.
* Identify process improvements and drive best practices across operations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience within a payroll bureau or multi-client environment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Confident, proactive, and highly organised with a hands-on approach.
* Natural leader with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
* CIPP qualification or working towards it (support can be provided).
