General operative

Immediate Start | £12.75 per hour | Mon–Fri 08:00–16:30

Temp to Perm Opportunity | Career Progression Available

About the Role

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business, is looking to recruit a reliable and motivated General Operative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  * Operating and monitoring production machinery

  * Using a computerised design system (full training provided)

  * Assisting with product packaging and preparation

  * Operating spraying equipment within the production process

  * Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Candidate Requirements

  * Intermediate IT skills (essential)

  * Good attention to detail and accuracy

  * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  * Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  * Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
