General Sales Manager – King's Lynn
We are recruiting for an experienced General Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in King's Lynn. Applicants must have proven automotive Sales Manager experience, ideally within a main dealership, with a strong track record of leading sales teams, achieving targets and maximising profitability.
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary | OTE: Up to £63,000 + Company Car
Hours: 45 hours per week | Weekends on a rotational basis

Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry
Main dealership sales management experience is preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability
Strong understanding of vehicle stock management and sales strategy
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
