Global Accounts and Specialist Services Manager - The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead the Global Accounts and Specialist Services department in Birmingham. You will be responsible for managing our Global Accounts and Specialist Services department with full profit & loss responsibility.  You will have considerable drive and passion and share our ambitious plans to succeed in increasing revenues and growing our customer base through customer service excellence and a passion for continual improvement. You will have a proven track record of managing a busy operational department with at least 2 years managerial experience. As well as sound operational expertise and knowledge of Multi-modal supply chain services, you will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills ensuring you get the best out of your team and increase sales.
