Gluing Machine Minder
We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Gluing Machine Minder’s
This role is pivotal in ensuring our production lines operate efficiently, maintaining our high standards of quality while meeting delivery timelines.
As a Gluing Minder, you will play a crucial role in our continued success and growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Make ready and run work efficiently, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Complete necessary administration including data entry into business IM systems.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues, or escalate as needed.
• Perform quality checks in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines, tooling, and working areas.
• Conduct general machine maintenance and report consumable stock needs.
• Assist in training Gluing Apprentices and Assistants.
• Engage in other duties as directed by management.
• Adhere to all business management and certification requirements
SHIFT WORK: 6/2, 2/10, 10/6
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Gluing Machines, particularly brands such as Diana, Starfold, and Omega.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time constraints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with a methodical approach.
• Experience in the packaging sector is advantageous
