Are you looking to begin a career in recruitment within the IT sector? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level / Graduate IT Recruitment Consultants. This position offers full training and clear opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients within the IT industry

Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable roles

Use platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and our internal systems to identify talent

Develop an understanding of technical requirements and client needs

Work towards realistic targets with the support of experienced team members

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives

Training and Development

No prior recruitment experience is required. We provide:
