Graduate IT & Technical Support Specialist
Stansted (Office Based)
Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
£25,000-£28,000 + Training + Progression

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate IT & Customer Support Technician, you'll join the technical team and become an expert in the company's technology. Your role will include:

Providing first-line technical support to customers
Troubleshooting IT, software, and telecoms-related queries
Assisting in preparing technical proposals and documentation
Working with Engineering, Sales and Projects to gather information for bids
Contributing to the full bid lifecycle - from research to submission
Building great relationships with customers and internal teams
Learning the product, and becoming a go‑to technical specialistThis is a perfect role for someone who loves tech, is a natural problem solver and wants a career path in the IT/Technology sector.
