About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support teaching and learning throughout the school day.
Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
Assist pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.
Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
Support children's social and emotional development.
Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents.
Help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
Gain invaluable experience working alongside experienced education professionals.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Holds a Psychology degree or related qualification.
Is passionate about child development and education.
Is patient, enthusiastic and approachable.
Wants to gain meaningful experience before further study or teacher training.
Is committed to helping every child succeed.
