The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
Help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support students with SEND, Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH needs.
Promote positive behaviour, engagement and attendance.
Build strong relationships that support students' confidence and wellbeing.
Provide academic, pastoral and emotional support where required.
Gain valuable experience of classroom practice, safeguarding and behaviour management.

We're Looking For
A graduate with a degree in any subject.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
