Graduate Telesales Executive – Permanent - Liverpool - £28,317 per annum

Are you a motivated, ambitious graduate looking to kick-start your sales career?

We’re working with a market-leading organisation in Liverpool, seeking a Graduate Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  * Generating new business through outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries

  * Delivering targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services

  * Building and managing a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships

  * Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

  * Researching prospects to tailor solutions and develop new markets

  * Maintaining an accurate CRM system and sales pipeline

  * Collaborating with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering, and Telesales teams

  * Ensuring all sales administration is completed accurately and on time

About you:

  * Graduate or degree-qualified (essential)

  * Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable)

  * Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills

  * Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset

  * Organised with strong attention to detail

  * Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

  * Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
