Graduate Teaching Assistant – Psychology, Creative & Sports Graduates Welcome – Salford, Trafford & Bolton

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in schools?

Are you a Psychology graduate or considering a move into mental health, therapy, or educational psychology?

Forever Teaching is working with both mainstream and specialist SEND schools across Salford, Trafford and Bolton, offering opportunities for graduates to gain meaningful, practical experience supporting children in a range of educational settings.

This is an ideal role if you are considering a career in:

  * Educational or Clinical Psychology (including future Master’s study)

  * Teaching or teacher training

  * Mental health or therapy-based work

We are particularly interested in graduates from:

  * Psychology / Educational Psychology

  * Education Studies / Early Years / Childhood Studies

  * Drama / Performing Arts / Dance

  * Art / Music / Creative subjects

  * Sport / Coaching / Physical Education

We also welcome candidates with transferable experience such as:

  * Youth work

  * Residential support work

  * Social care / support work

The Graduate Teaching Assistant role:

  * Supporting pupils in mainstream classrooms and SEND settings

  * Working 1:1 and in small groups

  * Supporting children with additional needs (including ASD, ADHD and SEMH)

  * Helping students engage with learning through creative and structured support

  * Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
