Graduate Teaching Assistant
 Location: Reading
 Start Date: ASAP
 Pay: £85 - £105 per day
 Contract: Full-time

Are you a recent graduate eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in education, psychology, or support services? We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to join supportive primary schools in Reading, working closely with pupils who have special educational needs (SEN).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to build valuable classroom experience, develop professional skills, and make a genuine difference in the lives of young learners who benefit from additional support.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff throughout the school day to support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. Key responsibilities include:

Supporting learning activities in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
