Site Manager – Groundworks Package | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a groundworks package on busy construction projects in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to take ownership of multiple sites within a reputable and growing construction firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee all on-site groundworks operations, ensuring safe and efficient progress

  * Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to meet programme targets

  * Maintain high standards of site health & safety and quality control

  * Ensure all paperwork, daily records, RAMS, permits, and site diaries are completed accurately and on time

  * Report regularly to the Project Manager with updates on progress, issues, and logistics

Requirements:

  * Proven experience managing groundworks packages on residential or commercial builds

  * Strong with site paperwork and administration

  * Excellent communication and leadership skills

  * SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (Preferred)

  * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites
