Job Description

SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer for a Group Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team in Peterborough.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of marketing and communications strategy within a growing international B2B business

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio & Markets, you'll lead the development and delivery of marketing initiatives across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, helping to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support commercial growth. This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape the marketing function and make a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Develop and deliver the company's marketing and communications strategy

  * Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that support brand awareness and revenue growth

  * Create and oversee the production of content including product literature, case studies, blogs, website content, and marketing collateral

  * Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets

  * Manage digital marketing activity, including website development, SEO, analytics, email marketing, and social media

  * Plan and deliver product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer-facing events

  * Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, providing insight and recommendations for improvement

  * Build strong relationships with sales, product, leadership, and international teams

  * Manage external agencies and marketing partners

  * Lead the creation and launch of a new customer-focused website

About You:

  * At least 5 years' marketing experience within a B2B environment

  * Proven experience developing and delivering successful multi-channel marketing strategies

  * Strong understanding of brand management, campaign planning, and digital marketing

  * Experience managing marketing agencies and external suppliers

  * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to measure marketing performance and ROI

  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  * Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

  * Experience using marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, CMS, email marketing, and social media platforms

  * Ability to translate technical information into compelling customer-focused content

  * Experience within manufacturing would be advantageous

  * CIM qualification and experience working across international markets would be beneficial
