As a head of building services you will be involved with -
  * Pre‑Contract Design Leadership & Assurance
  * Governance, Framework Compliance & Contract Award Handover
  * Risk, Cost & Value Management
  * Delivery Oversight, Performance & Escalation
  * Bid Development & Technical Authoring
