Head Of Commercial Property

Location: Hornton Street, W8 7NX

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 3+ months

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £428.82 Per Day

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial property for the council.

Develop and implement property strategies to maximize value and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with regulations and council policies.

Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, disposals, and leases.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align property goals with council objectives.

Manage budgets and financial performance of the property portfolio.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Proven experience in commercial property management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Nice to Have

Experience working with local government or public sector.

Knowledge of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea area.

Familiarity with council policies and procedures.
