Our client is a well respected and highly successful construction-related company based in the Leicestershire area. Owing to ongoing success, a highly desirable role as Head of National Sales has become available.
The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role by optimizing sales performance by designing and executing the national sales strategy. Everyday duties will entail:
  * Leading a multi-region sales team
  * Incorporating a robust sales pipeline
  * Forecasting and expanding on retained national accounts
  * Building an effective sales culture
  * Management of both the sales function and staff
  * Setting high standards of excellence and professionalism
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be highly professional and knowledgeable with a background in construction or plant hire. You should have solid management experience and demonstrate both excellent judgement and a strategic approach to sales.
