The leadership team is now seeking an experienced operational leader to build a scalable operations platform capable of supporting a £30M+ global business.

Head of Operations – The Role:

This is a pivotal leadership role within a rapidly scaling business. The Head of Operations will take ownership of the end‑to‑end operational process, from production and supplier management through to inventory, warehousing and customer fulfilment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and modernise the operational infrastructure of the company, introducing systems, improving planning and building the operational discipline required to support international growth.

Head of Operations – Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a 3–5 year Operations strategy aligned to company growth objectives

- Lead and integrate Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Warehousing and Logistics into a cohesive operational function

- Own Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, production capacity and supply

- Introduce operational KPIs, dashboards and reporting to provide real‑time business visibility

- Identify and implement automation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives

- Build strong supplier relationships and optimise global supply chain performance

- Improve production planning, inventory management and fulfilment efficiency

- Manage operational budgets including COGS, labour and working capital

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and logistics

- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards

Head of Operations – You:

-Proven experience leading Operations within a manufacturing, assembly or product‑based environment

- Strong understanding of production, supply chain, procurement, warehousing and logistics

- Experience scaling operational capability within growing businesses

- Commercially aware with a strong customer‑focused mindset

- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial or founder‑led environments

- A hands‑on leader capable of introducing structure, systems and operational discipline

- Experience implementing operational KPIs, planning processes and continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong stakeholder leadership and team development capability
