Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead, coach and develop the site management team

🔹 Drive operational performance across production, quality and efficiency

🔹 Create a positive, accountable culture where people enjoy coming to work

🔹 Ensure Health & Safety is always the number one priority

🔹 Improve productivity, reduce waste and drive continuous improvement initiatives

🔹 Monitor KPIs and implement changes that deliver real results

🔹 Support production planning and ensure customer expectations are consistently achieved

🔹 Develop teams, improve engagement and help employees reach bonus targets through strong operational performance

Essential Skills & Experience

⭐ Significant experience as a Head of Operations or senior manufacturing leader

⭐ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

⭐ Experience improving factory performance and operational efficiency

⭐ Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

⭐ Commercial awareness with a continuous improvement mindset

Desirable

➕ Lean Manufacturing qualification

➕ IOSH or NEBOSH

➕ Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations
