Job Description

Home Care Assistant – Temporary (Potential to Go Permanent) – Crawley, West Sussex

Hourly Rate: £13.50 weekdays & Weekends | £20.00 bank holidays
Contract Type: Temporary (with the potential to go permanent – not guaranteed)
Hours: Around 20 hours per week (overtime available)
Shift Patterns: Between 7:00 am – 10:00 pm, including alternate weekends
Location: Crawley, West Sussex

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent, offering you a rewarding opportunity to support others while building a career in care.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our care team, you’ll:

  * Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.

  * Assist with medication administration (training provided).

  * Support mobility and use equipment safely where needed.

  * Promote clients’ well-being and independence.

  * Keep accurate care records and communicate effectively with your team.

  * Work flexibly across a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What We Offer

  * £13.50 per hour (weekday rate)

  * £20.00 per hour on bank holidays

About You

We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals who are:

  * Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Experience in care is helpful but not essential – full training is provided.
