HGV Class 1 Driver Days – Redditch
Earn £37,000 – £50,000+ per year
We’re recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established, secure operation in Redditch delivering DIY products. If you’re looking for consistent work, guaranteed pay, and strong earning potential, this is a brilliant opportunity.

Role perks:
Guaranteed 48 hours pay every week – even if you work less
Earnings £46,000+ for consistent longer weeks
Earn £50,000+ with overtime & Bank Holidays
Double pay on Bank Holidays + day in lieu
Regular overtime available
Stable, long-term work with a reliable company
Pay Structure:

£37,000 basic (based on 48 hours/week)
Overtime available up to 60 hours
Saturday: 1.5x pay
Sunday: 2x pay
Bank Holidays: Double pay + day back
The Job:

Day shifts between 06:00 – 18:00
Start times vary depending on route
Around 5 drops per day
Delivering DIY products
Manual handling involved
Shift lengths up to 12 hours
