Job Description

HGV Class 1 Driver (Nights) – Redditch
 Earn £40,500 – £52,000+ per year

 We’re recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established, secure operation in Redditch delivering DIY products. If you’re looking for consistent work, guaranteed pay, and strong earning potential, this is a brilliant opportunity.

 Role perks:
 • Guaranteed 48 hours pay every week – even if you work less
 • Earnings up to £50,600 on consistent longer weeks
 • Earn £52,000+ with overtime & Bank Holidays
 • Double pay on Bank Holidays + day in lieu
 • Regular overtime available
 • Stable, long-term work with a reliable company

 Pay Structure:
 • £40,500 basic (based on 48 hours/week)
 • Up to £50,637 based on 60 hour weeks
 • Saturday: 1.5x pay
 • Sunday: 2x pay
 • Bank Holidays: Double pay + day back

 The Job:
 • Night shifts between 18:00 – 06:00
 • Start times vary depending on route
 • Around 5 drops per shift
 • Delivering DIY products
 • Manual handling involved
 • Shift lengths up to 12 hours
