Job Description

We’re recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver to join a busy waste management team based in Northampton (NN5).

Key Responsibilities for HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver:

  * 

    Drive and operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on set routes.

  * 

    Work as part of a small crew to complete daily waste and recycling collections.

  * 

    Ensure safe and efficient operation of the vehicle at all times.

  * 

    Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

  * 

    Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  * 

    Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

  * 

    Current CPC and digital tachograph card.

  * 

    Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
