Job Description

HGV Class 2 Drivers – Portbury, Bristol

Late Shifts | Immediate starts | Fixed rotas

Pay Rates: Holiday Accrued 

£17.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with guaranteed set rota patterns.

Sunday to Wednesday, 12-hour shifts (48 hours per week)
	
Sunday to Thursday, 12-hour shifts (60 hours per week)

The role

Store Deliveries Deliver clothing items across retail stores
	
Approximately 6-8 drops per shift/10-12 hours per shift
	
Start times between 14:00 and 15:00 
	
Manual handling is required (handballing) 
	
Work as part of a two-person crew (Driver + Mate)
	
Sunday-Thursday working 
	
Minimum 8 hours paid per shift 

Requirements

A valid UK HGV Class 2 licence (minimum of 6 months experience)
	
A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card 
	
No more than 6 points on your licence 
	
6 Months Minimum Experience
	
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling (handballing) 
	
Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and Working Time rules 
	
A reliable and professional approach
