ADR Network is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for a variety of shifts at XPO in Aylesbury. Whether you prefer full-time, part-time, or weekend work, we offer flexible schedules, immediate starts, and long-term opportunities tailored to your needs.

Pay Rates:

  * Days: £20.12 per hour

  * Nights: £21.34 per hour

  * Weekends: £23.77 – £29.87 per hour

  * All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

We have ongoing opportunities for HGV Class 1 drivers to deliver dairy products, including both depot-to-depot and store deliveries to major food retailers. Deliveries typically involve around 4-5 drops, with manual handling required at each stop. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure you're set up for success from day one.

Shift Details:

  * Typical Start Times: 00:01–05:00 & 13:00–22:00

  * Shift Length: Approx. 10–12 hours

  * Operating 7 Days a Week: Choose from a variety of shift patterns to suit your availability.

Requirements:

  * Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence

  * Driver CPC and Tachograph Card

  * At least 6 months of recent HGV driving experience

  * No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
