ADR Network is a trusted leader in logistics recruitment, with a reputable blue-chip client base, and we are currently looking for HGV Class 1 drivers for Royal Mail. If you are searching for ongoing HGV work in the Chorley area with great rates of pay, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rates:

Monday to Sunday £20.82 - £23.85

  * Monday to Sunday Days depending on start time £20.82 to £21.83

  * Monday to Sunday Nights depending on finish time £21.57 to £23.85

  * All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

We’re recruiting for Class 1 trunking work—simple, no-touch runs between depots and RDCs, with minimal load interaction and consistent shift patterns. Ideal for drivers who prefer straightforward routes and reliable hours. Our dedicated onsite teams across the country are ready to get you started immediately.

This is a 7 day operation with shifts available Monday to Sunday depending on what shift pattern suits you. Typical shift start times are between 10:00-02:00 however some morning shifts are available. Most drivers average 10-12 hours per shift. Bookings are allocated every Thursday for the following week, including start and planned finish time, helping to align your personal and professional commitments and aid a better work life balance.

Requirements:

  * Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence

  * Driver CPC and Tachograph Card

  * Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required

  * No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)

  * DBS check completed as part of the registration (no cost to you)
