Job Description

BRS Ltd is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers for a well-established client based in Hyde. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for ongoing work with a reputable company.

Duties Include:

  * Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) vehicles safely and efficiently.

  * Carrying out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.

  * Delivering and collecting goods to customer sites across the UK.

  * Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time.

  * Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld devices where required.

  * Loading and unloading where necessary.

  * Adhering to all DVSA regulations, Working Time Directive, and company procedures.

  * Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

  * Valid CPC Qualification Card.

  * Digital Tachograph Card.

  * Previous HGV driving experience preferred.

  * Good knowledge of UK road networks and transport legislation.

  * Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

  * No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN endorsements)
