Are you a dedicated HLTA looking for your next rewarding role in a supportive primary school in Rochester?
 Do you have experience covering lessons, leading small groups, and supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2?

Academics are working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Rochester who are seeking an experienced HLTA to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who can deliver engaging lessons, support children's learning, and make a real difference every day.

The successful HLTA will have:

A HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (essential)

The confidence to lead lessons and support learning across KS1 and KS2

Excellent behaviour management and communication skills

A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

A genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their potential
