Job Description

Teamforce Labour are seeking a Hoist Operator for a long term position in Warrington.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the passenger and goods hoist safely in line with site procedures and regulations
Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely movement of personnel and materials
Conduct daily pre-start checks and maintain hoist cleanliness and operational condition
Report defects, safety concerns, or operational issues promptly
Assist with general site duties when required
Uphold site safety standards and follow all health & safety protocols
Requirements
CPCS/NPORS Hoist Operator qualification
Previous experience operating construction hoists
Strong awareness of health & safety responsibilities
Good communication skills and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
