Housing Community Safety Assistant required on a temporary to permanent basis, to join a small, close-knit team, who work extremely hard to provide customer focused housing community safety for residents. Working 37 hours a week, Monday - Friday, the salary will be £29,540.
Candidates applying for this role will have good Microsoft IT skills, an eye for detail when it comes to data, and a naturally inquisitive nature.
Duties:
Receive and respond to enquiries from members of the public, referring to an appropriate officer
Process incoming and outgoing post
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring tenancy records are updated
Gather and review intelligence and evidence, including CCTV
Carry out visits to residents' homes, undertaking door knocking excises, surveys, and community events offering advice and assistance in relation to community safety
Assist in preparation of documentation for legal action, taking witness statements
Provide a support role to victims of anti-social behaviour

PensionExperience required:
Able to use lifts, climb up to 15 floors of stairs, and not afraid of heights
Knowledge or experience in housing, anti-social behaviour, community services are advantageous, however not essential
Previous Administrative experience is beneficial
Good Microsoft IT skills, organised, and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, any type of previous customer interaction is helpful
