Service Care Legal are working with a leading housing association is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its in-house legal team, focusing on housing management and landlord & tenant disputes.
ROLE: Housing Litigation Solicitor
LOCATION: Central London (3 days office / hybrid)
SALARY: £53,148 - £58,465 + benefits
PQE: Minimum 2 years’
Please note that this role would require office attendance 3 days per week.
The Role
Manage a varied caseload including:
Anti-social behaviour injunctions & possession claims
Tenancy fraud, disrepair and access injunctions
Environmental Protection Act prosecutions & money claims
Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
Conduct advocacy (excluding trials)
Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
Support training and development across the business
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 2+ years’ PQE
Experience or strong interest in housing litigation / landlord & tenant law
Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
Confident working both independently and as part of a team
