Estate Officer - Supported Housing

Location: Bristol (field-based)
 Hours: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week)
 Job-share available

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Estate Officer to help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our customers. If you take pride in practical work, have a good eye for detail, and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance: Complete minor repairs and general upkeep across properties. Report major issues and coordinate with contractors when needed.
Cleaning & Presentation: Keep communal areas and gardens clean and tidy. Prepare vacated properties through cleaning and decorating.
Security: Lock and unlock communal buildings at agreed times and ensure void properties remain secure.
Stock & Admin: Manage cleaning materials, track expenditure, and maintain accurate records.What We're Looking For

Experience in gardening, cleaning, minor repairs and/or decorating (willingness to do all is essential).
Awareness of health and safety for yourself and others.
Strong customer service skills and confidence supporting customers.
Ability to liaise with contractors professionally.
Calm, proactive approach with good initiative.
Positive attitude and pride in your work.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
