Job Description

A niche, independent practice who operate within the residential industry have made a buoyant start to 2026 and are now looking for technical expertise. The schemes include private one off builds, social housing developments and extensions to existing sites for clients in Bristol and Wiltshire.

Hitting the floor running from your first day you will put together full working drawings, elevations and construction information keeping within timeframes. The role has a good variety to it and you will carry out surveys and attend meetings on site with clients and consultants.

You will need to be proficient with AutoCAD demonstrating excellent detailing skills in your portfolio. In order to be successful you will have a sound knowledge of the building regs and be familiar with how various building types will stand.

They opearte just a few miles outside the city centre and have free parking available with pleasant nearby amenities. The company are looking to expand and there are genuine career enhancement chances in place.
