£38 per hour limited paid via umbrella company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer / compliance officer
HHSRS experience and hazard identification
Experience of enforcement action
Good knowledge of Housing related legislation including HMOs, licensing and experience of enforcement action
3 days working on site - 2 days working from home
Must be HHSRS qualified
