We are seeking a HR Administrator to join a fast-paced environment within the industrial and manufacturing sector on a hybrid working schedule in a great location with easy public transport links. This temporary role based in Walsall requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail to support the Human Resources department effectively. Client Details Our client is a large organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, dedicated to maintaining operational excellence. They are committed to providing exceptional service and fostering a professional work environment. They are now seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their team in Walsall. Description Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation. Handle employee queries and provide necessary information in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the on-boarding process for new employees, including document verification. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as required.Profile A successful HR Administrator should have: Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team members. Job Offer Annual Salary of £24000 - £27000 per annum.
